Every student is eligible to open an account on WeekBefore Learning Network. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria.
📝 2.2. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
⚠ 2.3. Use Restrictions
You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
📝 3. Content
📤 3.1. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or transmit on the Platform ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant WeekBefore Learning Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish on the web, distribute, and display your User Content.
🚫 3.2. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
📜 3.3. No Copyrighted Materials
Users, including tutors, agree not to upload, post, or distribute any copyrighted materials they do not own or have explicit permission to share. Any content found to violate copyright laws will be removed, and the responsible user's account may be suspended or terminated.
🎯 4. Services Offered
🎓 4.1. Consultation Services
WeekBefore Learning Network offers consultation services for academic purposes, including but not limited to dissertations, assignments, tests, quizzes etc. The consultation may strictly involve guidance, advice, feedback, and assistance in understanding academic concepts and requirements.
📢 4.2. Non-Writing Policy
WeekBefore Learning Network does not provide services that involve writing dissertations, assignments, tests, quizzes, or exams on behalf of users. The consultation services provided by WeekBefore Learning Network are intended to support users in their academic endeavours and enhance their learning experience (Refer back to 4.1).
© 8. Content Ownership & Copyright
Tutors retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform.
If copyright infringement is reported, we reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts.
Tutors agree they will not upload or distribute materials they do not have rights to, and any violation may result in account termination.
⚖ 9. Copyright Complaints & DMCA
If you believe content infringes on copyright, please contact us at tutors@weekbe4.com or toprincon@gmail.com with proof of ownership. We will review and take appropriate action, including content removal and account suspension if necessary.
🚫 10. Termination & Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
⚠ 11. Liability Disclaimer
WeekBefore Learning Network is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of tutor-uploaded content.
- Any damages resulting from the use of content on the platform.
- Copyright violations committed by users.
⚖ 12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate legal channels.
